fitness Today's Workout March 16, 2017 Tomorrow is my first Wedding dress fitting try on... & I've just realised its only 87 days till our BIG DAY! So, lets get this body in shape! Here's my first workout, I will repeat this 3 times with a 2 minute break after each set. I'm not a very athletic person but this should be enough to get a sweat on and feel the burn on my abs!
